Limited Health Guarantee
Veterinary medical expenses, once the buyer takes possesion of the
puppy/dog, is the buyers responsibility. Under NO circumstance (EXCEPT THOSE DESCRIBED BELOW) is the breeder responsible for the veterinary bills you, the
buyer, acquires.
In this Limited Health Guarantee you will find areas that are marked
with " First symptom phone and fax notification required!!" .
This means, to avoid any dispute, you the buyer are required to phone and fax the breeder, within the allowed/covered
time frame, with notification of the first symptom of the gauranteed condition as this will signify the actual date and time.
If the fax is not received by the allowed time, regaurdless of reason why it was not received, this Limited Health Guarantee
is null and void. It is for this reason we require that you phone us as well, to verify the receipt of your fax (home 2397680774
or cell#1 2396343227 or cell #2 4109223649, please call these phone numbers in the order listed and leave a message
as I will return your call within 4 hours if possible). This guarantee is by and between Little Bundles of Joy and the
customer(s)/new puppy parrent(s) and provides for the benefits outlined below:

HEREDITARY CONDITIONS - are covered, if they are
life threatening, for up to one year of age (exchanges only
of a puppy of what the breeder deems as equal value, NO refunds) excluding the exceptions that are covered seperately under this limited health guarantee. After
one year these conditions are NOT covered.

CANINE PAROVIRUS AND DISTEMPER VIRUS-- up to 7 days after arrival date.

RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS/ANY INFECTION-- are covered
up to 7 days after arrival date, providing the infection is serious enough that it requires hospitalization. This guarantee
will pay the hospitalization veterinary charges only, up to half the cost of the pet. If the respiratory infection/any
infection does not require hospitalization it is not covered. First symptom phone and
fax notification required!!

HYPOGLYCEMIA--is NOT covered as this is a preventable condition and is do
to owners neglect (See hypoglycemia in the PUPPY INSTRUCTION SECTION). We recommend that you do not purchase toy breeds if
you are not equipped to handle this challenge.

MONORCHID/CRYPTORCHID PUPPIES--this condition must
be diagnosed during initial veterinary examination since it is our policy not to ship a puppy with this condition. This limited
health guarantee guarantees a refund of only the reasonable veterinary cost for the neutering procedure!!

HERNIA REPAIRS--This condition must be diagnosed during the initial veterinary
examination since it is our policy not to ship a puppy with this condition. This limited health guarantee guaranties
a refund of only the reasonable veterinary cost for the repair procedure!! First symptom

OFF BITES, OPEN FONTANEL, DEAFNESS, SEIZURES, HYGROMAS, HEART
MURMURS AND OSTEOCHONDROSIS DESSICANS (OCD) -- are NOT covered under this guarantee UNLESS it is life threatening in which case an exchange for a different puppy of, what the breeder deems, equal value,
NO refunds given. First

ANESTHETIC DEATHS -- Anytime an animal undergoes
anesthesia there is a risk of death, the owner and veterinarian must assume liability, therefore NOT covered under this Limited Health Guarantee.

ANGULAR LIMB DEFORMITIES DUE TO PREMATURE CLOSURE OF DISTAL
ULMAR PHYSIS-- this condition is only considered hereditary in Skye Terriers and therefore NOT
covered under this Limited Health Guarantee.

BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS-- These problems are complex in
nature with many factors influencing the behavior of the pet. The highest contributing factor is environment and
the owner's. It is for this reason that behavioral problems is NOT
covered under this Limited Health Guarantee.
CONDITIONS: (for the above to be valid)

It is a condition of this gaurantee that a licensed veterinarian perform a complete physical
examination within 72 hours after the puppy/dog is either picked up or received at the airport. Failure
to have an examination performed within the time period will render this gaurantee null and void.

Although faxed copies are acceptable, we reserve the right to request
the original copies of all documents, radiographs, photographs, itemized vet. statements, a letter signed by the treating
veterinarian stating diagnosis & procedures performed and autopsy reports. We, the breeders, MUST
be notified PRIOR to ANY
animal euthanization for ANY reason. Failure to do so will cause the claim to be ineligible for credit and will cause this Limited Health Guarantee
to be null and void!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALL mortality
and hereditary claims must include ALL origional registration papers or an origional spa/neuter certificate, at
the time of the claim. Failure to do so will render
this Limited Health Guarantee null and void!!!!!!!!!!

Our office must receive all completed claims within
7 days from the date of medical services rendered. Failure
to do so will cause the claim to be ineligible for credit and will cause this Limited Health Guarantee to be null and void!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I, the undersigned, have read the Limited Health Guarantee in its entirety. I understand its content
and deny any questions. I further understand my responsibilities, as it is stated above. I also understand by signing below
